Letter from Jno [John] A. Warder, horticulturist and editor of the Western Horticultural Review, to Thomas Affleck. Warder mentions Afflecks recent appointment to a committee in one of the many societies Warder was associated with (probably the National Horticulture Society)" His letter indicates Affleck complained that the South was underrepresented in the organization or its publications.
